Responding to these disputes requires precise documentation, tight deadlines and knowledge of each network’s policies — a costly process often lost simply due to lack of resources. Guzco was founded in Amsterdam to automate this infrastructure layer. The platform automatically collects evidence, generates dispute responses and submits them to payment networks within deadlines. The site claims a 90%+ win rate and 95% of claims handled automatically. The €1 million pre-seed round is led by Arches Capital.
