Celebratix is a Dutch startup founded in 2022 in Amsterdam by Frank Roskam, Hans Jochem Dijk and Guy Rombaut. The company developed a Solana blockchain ticketing infrastructure enabling event organisers to fully control ticket distribution in both primary and secondary markets, without requiring crypto knowledge from end users. The platform already serves some of Amsterdam's, Hamburg's and Berlin's leading venues. In 2024 it raised €1.1M, followed by a €2.2M growth round in 2026.
