About ALLOX

ALLOX (Allostery Exploration Technologies S.L.) is based at the Barcelona Science Park and began as a spin-off of the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) with the support of Asabys. Its platform combines large-scale functional data, high-throughput genetic screening and predictive artificial intelligence to learn the biophysical parameters that govern protein function and so identify drug targets at allosteric sites, including protein-protein interactions and transcription factors that conventional approaches have struggled to address. Its current focus is on oncological, immune and inflammatory diseases. The team has about fifteen people across biomedical and technology profiles. On October 29, 2026 it announced a $10.5 million seed (about €9.4 million) led by Asabys through its Sabadell Asabys II fund, with CDTI (Innvierte programme) and the Institut Català de Finances.
