Narwhal Labs develops DeepBlue OS, a platform of AI agents that handle phone, SMS, email and WhatsApp communications. Luke Sartain is founder and CEO. On 8 April 2026 Narwhal Labs announced, together with the launch of DeepBlue OS, £20 million of funding (€22.9 million according to EU-Startups) from UK investors including Jonathan Swann, formerly a director at CFC Underwriting. The lead, round type and instrument have not been verified.
