About Mamazen Startup Studio
Mamazen is a startup studio based in Turin that has been creating new companies since 2018 using a venture-building model: it identifies a market need, validates the value proposition, builds the first product and then recruits a CEO and co-founder. The holding company IH1, set up at the end of 2021, funds the group's startups. On October 14, 2026 IH1 announced that it had reached €10 million of capital, all equity, from more than 70 investors, closing the first fundraising cycle begun in 2022; new investors include the family office Upper Hand, Daniela Castegnaro, Nicola Junior Vitto, Fausto Dassenno (Subito) and the family office of Renato and Paolo Dalla Riva (Italian Angels for Growth). The figure is cumulative rather than a single round: the company had announced €5 million in December 2023 and €6.3 million in April 2024. Mamazen reports 11 companies created (the first three, Morsy, Deeva and Pelomatto, have raised about €4 million), over €9 million of aggregate revenue and more than 170 employees. Its new strategy focuses on AI-native B2B services in fragmented markets.
