About Duvo

Duvo was founded in 2025 by the team behind Rohlik: co-founder and CEO Tomáš Čupr is the founder and Group CEO of Rohlik. On 14 October 2026 it announced a $32 million Series A led by Balderton Capital, with Index Ventures, Northzone and Credo Ventures; total funding is reported at $48 million. The product calls itself an Enterprise Execution OS. Duvo Clarity reconstructs how work is actually done, using AI-led interviews, screen recordings and documents, including unwritten exceptions. Agents then carry out approved steps across ERP systems, supplier portals, spreadsheets and inboxes, using APIs where they exist and the same screens people use where they do not; exceptions go to the process owner. The platform is model-agnostic and holds SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 certifications. Named customers include Morrisons, Holland & Barrett, Boden, Notino, Allegro and Rohlik. For Notino, supplier bonus reconciliation fell from 70 days to 15 per quarter, according to The Recursive. The company claims more than $100 million of annual impact for customers. The new funds are for expansion, starting with retail and consumer goods, and for entering the United States.
