About BrowserStack
BrowserStack provides a cloud platform for testing software. Developers check applications and websites on different devices, browsers and operating systems, without managing every combination locally. The offer includes functional, visual and accessibility testing and test management, with subscription access. The company was founded in Mumbai in 2011 by Ritesh Arora and Nakul Aggarwal; it has an EU establishment in Dublin and a North American HQ declared in San Francisco, while its global HQ is not verified. It was bootstrapped until the $50M Series A led by Accel in January 2018. The $200M Series B, led by BOND on 16 June 2021, valued it at US$4 billion. The 2026 event is a $125M buyback programme announced on 12 January, not a new round. It is a private unicorn according to its latest documented valuation; the current value is not verified.
