Aidoptation is a Belgian-American startup founded in 2025 as a commercial spin-off from the Indy Autonomous Challenge (IAC), the American competition where AI-driven robotic cars race at high speeds on iconic circuits. The company developed EdgeDrive, an AI platform for high-speed autonomous driving with advanced technology readiness for highway use. Applications span commercial mobility to autonomous defence. Headquartered at DronePort in Sint-Truiden (Belgium). It raised €20M from SFPIM, John Cockerill Defence, Ethias Ventures and Belfius.
