About OneFootball
OneFootball publishes football news, statistics and results in a personalised feed and distributes content from clubs, leagues, federations and publishers to fans. It offers live matches and video content, including single-match purchases, and sells advertising, publishing and OTT distribution solutions to commercial partners. OneFootball Club adds digital identity and rewards with the $OFC utility token, issued by a separate group company. Founded in Berlin in 2008 by Lucas von Cranach, it now has Patrick Fischer as CEO. Documented rounds include a €10M Series A in 2013 (Earlybird), $7M from Union Square Ventures the same year and the $300M Series D closed on 26 April 2022 with Liberty City Ventures. Reuters reported, from an anonymous source, a valuation above $1 billion. The 2025 and 2026 token sales are not equity and no company round is recorded for 2026.
