About Harmattan AI

Harmattan AI develops autonomous systems and software for defence missions: surveillance, drone interception, electronic warfare and command and control. Production is integrated with the software and covers systems for armed forces; the collaboration with Dassault concerns AI capabilities for the future Rafale F5 and unmanned systems. The company was founded in 2024 by Mouad M’Ghari (CEO), Martin de Gourcuff and Marc Grelet, with its registered office in Paris. On 12/01/2026 it announced a $200M Series B led by Dassault Aviation, at a valuation of $1.4 billion whose pre and post-money split is not verified. The seed and Series A, with Atlantic and FirstMark, have unallocated amounts. In June 2026 it reported 1,000 Sonora units delivered and a capacity of 10,000 units a month.
