GenePlanet develops and distributes clinical and preventive genetic tests and end-to-end next-generation sequencing services, working through its own laboratories and healthcare partners in more than fifty company-reported markets. The portfolio spans non-invasive prenatal screening, oncology and rare-disease panels, and sequencing services for laboratories and research centres. Following BlackPeak Capitalโs investment the company completed four acquisitions, adding laboratories, licences, technology and geographic reach. In July 2026 Lauxera Capital Partners joined as a strategic investor while BlackPeak took a partial exit and remained a shareholder; the amount and valuation were not disclosed. The stated aim is to expand oncology and rare-disease testing and to enter Western European and US markets.
