About CRICKING
Cricking produces Crick-Flakes, the world's first cricket-flour-based breakfast cereal, made from Acheta domesticus, an insect approved for human consumption in the EU since 2022. Founded in 2023 by Andrea Albergoni, Marcello Bugini and Marcello Ghilardi, the company is based in Bergamo and also operates in Spain and the Netherlands, with resellers including Barry's (Milan), Start Up Cafe (Bergamo), House of Boxing (Trento), Rock It (Rome) and We Love Fit (Madrid). It is part of the Incubatore d'Impresa by Bergamo Sviluppo.
