Listen to the episodeAbout Circuit Mind
Founded in London in 2018 by Tomide Adesanmi (CEO) and Basilio Gentile (CTO), Circuit Mind develops an electronic design intelligence platform that integrates with ECAD environments. ACE generates a schematic, bill of materials and analysis from a block diagram, proposing options optimised for cost, size, power or component availability; AVE, launched with the announcement, uses AI agents to verify designs against datasheets and internal design rules. Named customers include Emerson, Schneider Electric and Fortune 5 companies; in a case study, Los Alamos National Laboratory engineers completed in four hours a design that would have taken two weeks. On October 28, 2026 it announced $25 million in new financing: an $18.5 million Series A led by Norwest, with Third Prime, Differential, Blackhorn and Lightscape VC, and a previously unannounced seed round led by Third Prime, bringing total funding to $33.4 million. The funds will also establish a US headquarters.
