The company's largest funding round dates back to September 2021, with a $177 million Series C led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2, with a significant strategic investment from L Catterton and participation from HPE Growth, bringing total funding to $200 million across six rounds. No new public funding rounds have been reported for 2025-2026, but the company has continued an acquisition-led growth strategy: in December 2024 Sendcloud acquired Lox, a platform for improving delivery management, while in February 2025 it joined forces with Cirro to further optimise its operational capabilities.
