About Scoro
Scoro, founded in Tallinn in 2013 by Fred Krieger, offers a SaaS business management platform (PSA โ Professional Services Automation) aimed at professional services firms such as agencies, consultancies, architecture practices, and IT companies. The product integrates project management, resource planning, invoicing, and financial reporting into a single interface, replacing the fragmentation typical of multiple separate tools service companies use to run their business. The company's funding path has been progressive: a $1.9 million seed round in 2016, a โฌ4.4 million Series A in 2018 led by Livonia Partners with participation from Inventure and Tera Ventures, and a $16.4 million Series B in 2021 led by Kennet Partners with participation from Columbia Lake Partners and existing investors, for a total of approximately $23.54 million raised. January 2026 brought a strategic acquisition-led growth move: Scoro acquired Envoice, an Estonian company specialising in AI-driven automated expense and invoice management. The integration combines Scoro's project management capabilities with Envoice's automated invoice capture and expense approval tools, expanding the platform's functional scope without needing to build these capabilities in-house from scratch. Scoro competes in the PSA software market for professional services firms, where larger global players such as Kantata and Mavenlink offer competing solutions, but where Scoro has built a loyal customer base by focusing on an integrated product and strong roots in the Baltic and Northern European ecosystem of small and midsize service businesses.
