About Ramp

Ramp (Ramp Network) is a fintech startup founded in 2018 in Warsaw by Szymon Sypniewicz and Przemek Kowalczyk โ€” not to be confused with the similarly named U.S. corporate card company. Ramp Network provides on-ramp and off-ramp infrastructure for crypto: it lets users buy cryptocurrencies with fiat currency (on-ramp) and convert digital assets back into traditional currency (off-ramp), offering this payment infrastructure white-label to wallets, exchanges, and Web3 applications that need a reliable bridge between traditional finance and crypto. The company's funding path has gone through phases tied to crypto market cycles: after a $52.7 million Series A that brought its valuation to roughly $300 million, Ramp closed a $70 million Series B co-led by Abu Dhabi's Mubadala Capital and France's Korelya Capital โ€” a round closed despite the crypto market crash, a testament to institutional investor confidence in payment infrastructure rather than token speculation. Total funding raised stands at $134 million across five rounds from 19 investors, including Balderton Capital, Galaxy, and NFX. As of April 2026, headcount stood at 116 employees. On the product side, Ramp continued expanding its integration network: in March 2025 the COCA platform announced a partnership to enter the U.S. market via Ramp Network, while in March 2026 the BSV token was listed on the platform. Ramp Network remains one of the most widely used infrastructure bridges connecting the traditional financial system to the crypto world, a role that has enabled its survival and growth even through the crypto market's most turbulent phases.
