About Paack

Paack is a logistics startup founded in late 2015 in Barcelona by Fernando Benito, Xavier Rosales, and Suraj Shirvankar. It offers last-mile delivery services for e-commerce and retail โ€” next-day, same-day, and precisely scheduled time-window deliveries โ€” positioning itself as Europe's leader in scheduled delivery, a model that prioritises appointment reliability over raw speed. 2025 brought a significant new funding round: a $53 million Series C led by Bregal Milestone, with participation from existing investors Unbound, RPS Ventures, Rider Global, and Fuse Ventures, aimed at accelerating expansion across Spain and the rest of Europe. Commercial results confirmed the model's strength: in 2025 Paack generated โ‚ฌ125 million in revenue in Spain and Portugal and โ‚ฌ49 million in France, consolidating profitability in both markets. June 2026 brought a strategic ownership shift: Colis Privรฉ, CEVA Logistics' B2C delivery subsidiary, signed agreements to exclusively discuss acquiring Paack Iberia and Paack France, a deal still subject to customary closing conditions and, in France, to completion of the information and consultation process with employee representative bodies. If completed, the deal would significantly strengthen CEVA Logistics' last-mile delivery network across three major European markets. With a team of over 240 employees, Paack remains a case study in scheduled last-mile logistics, a model that achieved European leadership by focusing on delivery experience quality rather than speed alone, in a sector where margins remain historically thin and operational scale is a decisive competitive factor.
