Satellite servicing is still a relatively young commercial market: it encompasses everything that happens to a satellite after launch — from propellant replenishment to component upgrades, orbital correction to deorbiting. Orbital Paradigm builds the infrastructure — vehicles, docking systems, orbital architectures — that makes these operations possible at scale. The market is at a critical transition point. Space agencies — ESA foremost among them — and commercial operators are increasingly recognizing that orbit is an environment to be managed with the same logistics thinking applied to a port or a terrestrial distribution network. The next generation of space missions will no longer be conceived as one-shot launches but as operations with integrated maintenance cycles, creating structural demand for whoever builds the servicing infrastructure layer. Orbital Paradigm's business model is oriented toward satellite operators, government agencies, and defense clients — all actors that manage high-value orbital assets and have every incentive to extend their operational lives or reposition them with flexibility. In a landscape where the new space economy is growing rapidly but many startups focus on launches, Orbital Paradigm plays a different game: building the support infrastructure that the commercial space sector cannot do without, even if the full extent of that need is not yet widely recognized.
