Youth programs create the local talent pool that regional businesses will draw from in the decades ahead. On the B2B side, KAST offers consulting and support services to local businesses looking to integrate technology into their processes, access innovation funding, or connect with other ecosystem players. The model is that of a regional innovation hub — a role increasingly recognized as strategically important in the industrial policies of many European and North American countries. In a global context where economic competition increasingly hinges on the ability to build and sustain vital innovation ecosystems, KAST's model — rooted in its region, oriented toward the long term, attentive to future generations — represents a concrete response to a structural challenge.
