Huuuge Games, founded in 2012 in Warsaw, develops and publishes social free-to-play games, with a portfolio led by social casino titles such as Huuuge Casino, among the most-played in this segment worldwide. The business model relies on in-app purchases within free games that replicate traditional casino mechanics without real-money payouts, a format that has built a loyal, globally monetisable user base. The growth strategy evolved significantly in 2025: Huuuge acquired the hit game Traffic Puzzle from Picadilla Games, a Wrocław-based Polish studio, for $38.9 million — the first step in a stated "build & buy" strategy to diversify the game portfolio beyond social casino. In parallel, the company announced a $120 million share buyback to be executed in autumn 2025, committing from 2026 to distribute between 50% and 100% of annual free cash flow to shareholders — a typical choice for mature companies generating cash beyond their reinvestment needs. The most significant positioning for the future concerns iGaming: Huuuge is building internal capabilities to develop its own real-money gaming product, while not ruling out accelerating market entry through targeted acquisitions, with a launch targeted for early 2027.
