Grupa Pracuj, founded in 2000, is the leading online recruiting solutions operator in Poland and Ukraine, owner of flagship portals such as Pracuj.pl (Poland) and Rabota.ua (Ukraine). The group is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and has built over time an ecosystem going beyond traditional job listings, including HR software, shift management, and post-hire management tools for corporate clients. 2025 was a year of consolidation and disciplined growth: Grupa Pracuj closed the year with consolidated revenue of PLN 811.2 million (approximately €189.8 million), up 5.4% year-on-year, adjusted EBITDA of PLN 366.6 million (+5.7%), and net profit rising to PLN 242.9 million (+16.3%). Growth was also supported by targeted acquisitions: in March 2025 the group acquired Kadromierz, a work shift management system, to strengthen its post-hire offering; in May 2025 it also completed the acquisition of the remaining stake in Rabota.ua for $26 million. In May 2025, Grupa Pracuj unveiled a 2030 strategy targeting organic revenue growth to PLN 1.0 billion in 2027 and PLN 1.4 billion in 2030, while maintaining an adjusted EBITDA margin of at least 40%. The company stated that in the current market environment it sees limited opportunities for large-scale acquisitions, preferring a selective approach guided by rigorous investment criteria. Grupa Pracuj remains an emblematic case of a Central-Eastern European HR-tech platform capable of generating sustained profitable growth in a structurally evolving labour market.
