Filigran

Filigran is a cybersecurity startup founded in Paris in 2022 by co-founders Samuel Hassine and Julien Richard. The company built the eXtended Threat Management suite: OpenCTI, the open-source threat intelligence platform that ingests, structures, correlates and enriches data from heterogeneous sources to provide a unified threat view — used by the FBI, European Commission and hundreds of SOCs worldwide — and OpenGRC for cyber risk prioritisation and effective action. In October 2025 it raised €49M in a Series C led by Eurazeo with Deutsche Telekom, Accel and Insight Partners, bringing total raised to over $100M.
