Enhanced Genomics is a British biotech startup founded in 2020 in Cambridge. The company developed the first 3D multi-omics platform capable of defining causal biology from genome-wide disease-associated genetic variants, enabling rapid identification of new high-confidence first-in-class therapeutic targets for common diseases with high market potential. The platform integrates a data-rich atlas of disease-specific human cell types. In September 2025 it extended its Series A to €16M with BGF, Parkwalk and Meltwind to expand its internal pipeline in autoimmune diseases such as IBD.
