DABOHN

DABOHN is an Italian startup founded in 2024 by four partners with over 15 combined years of experience in industrial research, ICT, IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things), and artificial intelligence. The company develops DhOS — an AI platform for human resource risk management in the manufacturing sector — addressing one of Italy's structural industrial challenges: the shortage of specialised skills in manufacturing SMEs and the difficulty of managing operational risk related to the human factor. The concept of "humanised AI" that characterises DABOHN concerns the development of artificial intelligence systems that support workers without replacing them, enhancing their decision-making capabilities in complex environments such as manufacturing production and HVACR (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration) systems. DABOHN participated in the Innovat&Match 2025 event, signalling active partnership development and business development activity in the Italian industrial market.
