Cyted Health is a British startup founded in 2018 in Cambridge developing non-endoscopic diagnostic solutions for digestive health. The core product is EndoSign, an FDA 510k-cleared minimally invasive device for oesophageal cell collection that, combined with proprietary molecular tests, enables detection of pre-cancerous, cancerous and inflammatory oesophageal conditions — including oesophageal adenocarcinoma — without traditional endoscopy. In September 2025 it raised €37.5M in a Series B led by EQT Life Sciences and Advent Life Sciences to accelerate commercial expansion in the USA.
