CURL ROBOTICS

CurlRobotics, a spin-off of the University of Genoa, develops next-generation adaptive robotic grippers. Its flagship product, Ad4pto 1.0, is a 4-finger variable-stiffness gripper (48N grip force, 1.3kg weight, 6 actuators, 5 grip configurations); it is also developing R3grip, a reconfigurable platform, and In2it, a two-finger solution. Applications span space (docking, berthing, refuelling, debris capture) and agri-food technology (delicate fruit and vegetable harvesting, vertical farming). Founders include Giovanni Berselli (CEO and Co-Founder), Mario Baggetta (COO and Co-Founder), Gianluca Palli and Cristina Piazza (Advisors and Co-Founders). The company is involved in the European IntelliMan project. Based in Milan.
