CBRX (formerly Cyberalert) is a Lithuanian startup founded in 2023 in Vilnius by Kazimieras Sadauskas and Audrius Mikneviฤius. The company developed a cloud platform enabling IT service providers to evolve into managed security service providers (MSSPs) by automating threat monitoring, incident management and customer support. The approach lowers the barrier for MSPs wanting to add cybersecurity to their portfolio without building an internal SOC. In 2025 it raised โฌ540k in pre-seed from Coinvest Capital to expand across the EU.
