Buena is a PropTech founded in Berlin in 2022 by Moritz von Hase and restructured under the leadership of Din Bisevac (CEO, age 26) who introduced the AI rollup strategy. The company develops its own AI property management software while simultaneously acquiring and digitising traditional property managers in Germany, integrating their teams into the Buena platform. With 60,000+ units under management and 5,000 landlords on the waitlist, it recorded 500% revenue growth in 2024. In July 2025 it raised €49M in a Series A led by GV (Google Ventures) with 20VC, Stride and Capnamic.
