Attensi

Attensi is a Norwegian corporate training platform founded in 2012 in Oslo, specialising in enterprise learning through gamified 3D simulations. The founding insight is that people learn better when they are engaged and when they can make mistakes in a safe environment: Attensi transports employees into realistic three-dimensional scenarios — shops, restaurants, factories, meeting rooms — where they practise skills with the logic of a video game, complete with points, levels, and leaderboards. The difference from traditional e-learning is concrete: Attensi modules generate significantly higher completion rates, improve long-term skill retention, and can be updated quickly as business processes change. The company serves clients in over 150 countries — multinationals in retail, hospitality, manufacturing, and financial services — and has over 200 employees. In recent years, Attensi has integrated AI capabilities for the automatic generation of personalised training scenarios, reducing the time and cost of producing learning content.
