Arbio is a Berlin PropTech founded in 2022 by Constantin Schröder and Paul Bäumler that developed an AI-native platform for short-term rental and vacation management. The strategy combines proprietary technology with roll-up acquisitions of traditional property managers, which are then digitised on the Arbio platform. In two years it achieved 10x revenue growth, manages over 1,000 properties across Germany and Austria and has made 30+ strategic acquisitions. In 2025 it raised €31M in a Series A led by Eurazeo with OpenOcean and Atlantic Labs.
