Affinoro is a Parmigiano Reggiano di Montagna brand aged according to the Metodo Luca Belli, produced with milk from Bruna Alpina cattle raised in the Emilian Apennines. It is available in several ageing levels (Giovane, Maturo, Superiore, Riserva, Gran Cru) sold exclusively online via GustoEmilia. The brand was founded by Luca Belli, who has over 20 years of experience in the cheese-making industry. Based in Cavola (RE).
