Aerska is an Irish biotech startup that emerged from stealth in October 2025, headquartered in Dublin with research operations in London. The company has developed an RNA platform with brain shuttle technology capable of delivering RNAi drugs across the blood-brain barrier to silence genes involved in neurodegenerative diseases. After a $21M seed, in February 2026 it closed a $39M Series A led by EQT Dementia Fund and Age1, bringing total raised to $60M.
