Flipdish is the all-in-one platform that lets restaurants take back control of their digital business: owned website, branded mobile app, order management, integrated payments, automated marketing, and self-order kiosks — all without going through Deliveroo, Uber Eats, or Just Eat.

Founded in Dublin in 2015 by brothers Conor and James McCarthy, Flipdish was born from a precise observation: food delivery aggregators take 25–35% commission on every order and don't share customer data with the restaurant. The result is a restaurant working exclusively through marketplaces doesn't know who its customers are, can't do direct marketing, and cedes a huge slice of margins to intermediaries. Flipdish inverts that logic.
